This is a pretty sleeveless dress with a soft sheer material on the upper bodice decorated with flower patterns and diamonds at the neckline.  The lower bodice has a crinkled effect with flower design.

A sash sits at the waist with a bow centred with diamonds.  Flowers trail around the waist and in patterns all over the skirt which also has a lovely full effect.
