This dress has pretty flower designs on the bodice which come out underneath the waistline to form a V-shape at the waist area.  This distinctive flower design continues at the back of the dress which also forms a large V-shape at the back.

A sash sits at the waist with studded beads and pearls decorating it nicely.  The skirt is full with flower patterns decorating the edge all around the skirt.
