Ivory Chrstening Millie Grace Romper Style Louise

This is a simple romper with a pleat effect from the waist down.  It has a blue trim at the waist and a collar edged with a blue trim.  It has short sleeves the end of which are lined with blue also.  Each ankle has a blue edge to define the cuff.
